Each room is equipped with secure key card access and is accessible via an elevator.
Public transport options, including buses and trains, are conveniently located just a minute away from Generator Hamburg. These provide direct routes to the historic city center, the Reeperbahn, and Hamburg Airport.
Situated right next to Hamburg Train Station, this hostel offers a range of colorful rooms and dormitories, all featuring private bathrooms. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a spacious lounge, and a bar with an outdoor terrace.
GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.
AMENITIES: Guests staying in the twin rooms, double rooms or single rooms are issued with towels free of charge, but guests staying in the dormitories have to bring their own towels or rent them at the hostel for an additional charge of €5.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34 kg.At Generator Hamburg, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Generator Hamburg, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
